Mr. Abdulrazaq Isa, OFR

Distinguished Nigerian entrepreneur, engineer and business leader with over three decades of experience in the energy and industrial sectors. Mr. Abdulrazaq is the Co-founder and Chairman of Waltersmith Petroman Oil Limited, he has been instrumental in advancing indigenous participation across Nigeria's oil and gas value chain, driving investments that strengthen domestic energy production, refining capacity and long-term energy security.

Under his leadership, Waltersmith has grown into one of Nigeria's leading indigenous integrated energy companies, with interests spanning upstream oil and gas exploration, modular refining, gas development and energy infrastructure. He has championed innovative, locally driven solutions that contribute to sustainable industrial development while creating value for investors, host communities and the wider economy.

Beyond Waltersmith, Mr. Isa has served on the boards of several leading organisations, bringing extensive experience in corporate governance, strategic planning and business transformation. His leadership has consistently promoted local content development, private sector investment and policies that enhance the competitiveness and resilience of Nigeria's energy sector.

In recognition of his outstanding contributions to national development and enterprise, he was conferred the national honour of Officer of the Order of the Federal Republic (OFR).
